If for some reason you are unhappy with your order or it is not what you expected, please contact the Gallery Shop within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return.
Unless your goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Gallery Shop. Returned stock must include proof of purchase and arrive in its original condition, complete with any packaging and price tags. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on digital gift cards, pierced earrings, posters and prints, CDs and DVDs, limited-edition prints and objects and sale items unless they are faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
