Shipping rates
All packages are sent via Australia Post.
Domestic shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
International shipping is charged as a flat rate per region, as below:
New Zealand – Flat rate $30
Oceania & South East Asia – Flat rate $40
Rest of the World – Flat rate $50

Delivery times
Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and daily during peak holiday periods and special promotions.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 days of purchase. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia. International delivery times vary.
All items are sent via Australia Post. A confirmation email and an Australia Post tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch. Please check your junk mail folder.
The Gallery Shop is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
International orders
Customs clearance may add to the delivery time of international orders. Any fees, tariffs, or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
