If for some reason you would like to return an item, please contact the Gallery Shop at orders@ag.nsw.gov.au 

Return requests need to made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, all items must be in original condition, complete with packaging and tags.

Unless an item is deemed faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Pierced earrings
• Posters and prints
• Limited-editions
• Sale items

Only once an item is returned, are we able to process a refund. 

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please note refunds may take up to ten days to clear depending on your credit card provider. 

Faulty items will be replaced (where stock allows). If your item is unable to be replaced a refund will be issued. 

We are unable to process in-store refunds for online purchases.
